<div dir="ltr">Hello<div>Our tip toi pen (german) does play the songs (it is the one with player) but cannot recognize the start button or thereafter any printed elements on the books we bought. it used to work and the GME files are fully loaded (works on the second pen we have, but we really need both pen to work as we have 2 kids who play with it at the same time).</div><div><br></div><div>Can anyone help?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks</div><div>BR<br>William</div></div>
