[Tiptoi] Tiptoi with gme files for different languages / countries

Hi Uli,
 Well maybe the best then is if you download and open the files yourself
with your hex editor so we are sure I'm not introducing something strange
myself. It's here:

 Also you can check other Italian gme files and they actually have ITALIAN
but reason seems it's before the 0x60 offset..
