[Tiptoi] ttaudio: neuer Release 0.4.0

Hallo Andreas
das drucken mit der Testseite hat ja geklappt - nun frage ich mich wie
starte ich ttaudio - muss ich as noch kompilieren? oder von der commandline
?
Arbeite unter windows 7
