On my side, I created  the debug file with : "tttool.exe create-debug test.gme 40"

By comparing your file and my file, I saw many differences...
How to build the file like you ?

I manually changed 4 lines in the header. It seems that some bytes are important there but what ones I don't know yet.

By the way did you have success with printing oid codes? These days I am making tries to print with an inkjet printer using pigment black ink and unsuccessfully yet because of my printer resolution I think. Of course I can print them successfully with the help of a laser printer but inkjets I like more. ;) And I noticed that not every laser printer makes good(readable) prints.
